Genesis 1:1-4 KJV
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. [2] And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. [3] And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. [4] And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
There are 2 existing realms in this world every believer of Christ must be in the known of, if only they obey as much as they have their faith rooted in Christ.
This Two Existing Realms Are:
The Realm of Light and
The Realm of Darkness.
Darkness: Is associated with evil, sin, lucifers power[The defeated entity and the accuser of the brethren]
Genesis 1:3-5 KJV
And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
Light: it represents truth, Gods presence and righteousness.
Christianity is the highest form of spirituality.
John 15:4-5 KJV
ye abide in me. [5] I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
John 4:23-24 KJV
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. [24] God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
God is a spirit, so are believers of Christ having the DNA of God, which clearly cut out we must be spiritually focused than been earthly/carnally minded.
At that level as much as we have Christs DNA, we get to know the laws of heaven to reign on the earth.
1 Peter 2:2, 9KJV
As newborn babes, desire the sincere a milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a j peculiar people; that ye should shew k forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:
The Spiritual realm is a complete sphere. It does not take just nibbling on snacks, being a lover of money, carnality and the likes to live in there, but faith and consecration.
Spirituality is understanding and living in the spiritual realm.
It takes a lot of knowledge to shift realm from the physical to the spiritual realm.
